These Purchase Terms and Conditions<\/strong> (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the purchase of tickets and participation in the HR WEEK WARSAW conference (\u201cEvent\u201d) organized by Confinn UAB<\/strong> (Company Code 302862159, VAT LT100007292016, Address: E. Ozeskienes 18A, Kaunas 44254, Lithuania, Email: info@confinn.eu) (\u201cOrganizer\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, or \u201cus\u201d).<\/p>\n By completing your purchase on https:\/\/hrweekwarsaw.pl (\u201cWebsite\u201d), you (\u201cParticipant\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d, or \u201cyour\u201d) agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.1. Registration for the Event is completed only after the full participation fee has been received by the Organizer.<\/p>\n 1.2. Prices are stated in euros (EUR) or Polish z\u0142oty (PLN) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n 1.3. Payments may be made via bank transfer, online payment systems, or other payment methods provided on the Website.<\/p>\n 1.4. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice sent to the address provided during registration.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2.1. Participant Change:<\/p>\n 2.2. Cancellations:<\/p>\n 2.3. All cancellation or change requests must be made in writing and confirmed by the Organizer. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 30 days after receiving the written cancellation notice.<\/p>\n 2.4. In the unlikely event that the Organizer must postpone, relocate, or cancel the Event due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), participants will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date or receive a credit for a future event.<\/p>\n 2.5. The notice of withdrawal or cancellation must be sent in writing to: info@confinn.eu.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 3.1. Tickets are personal and valid only for the registered participant.<\/p>\n 3.2. Transferring a ticket to another person is permitted until the deadline indicated above.<\/p>\n 3.3. Transferring tickets to another edition or event is subject to Organizer\u2019s approval.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 4.1. Electronic invoices will be issued based on the details provided during registration.<\/p>\n 4.2. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that all company and VAT information is accurate and complete.<\/p>\n 4.3. Any requests for corrections to issued invoices must be submitted within 7 days of the invoice date.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event agenda, including speakers, topics, or the order of sessions.<\/p>\n 5.2. Such changes do not entitle the Participant to a refund or compensation.<\/p>\n 5.3. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant program updates in advance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 6.1. The Event promotes a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.<\/p>\n 6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to deny admission or remove any participant who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, without a refund.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 7.1. By attending the Event, the Participant grants the Organizer the right to use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the Event for promotional or archival purposes.<\/p>\n 7.2. If you do not consent to being photographed or recorded, please inform the Organizer in writing before the Event.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 8.1. Personal data collected during registration is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.<\/p>\n 8.2. The data may be used for the purposes of event organization, communication, invoicing, and marketing of similar events organized by Confinn.<\/p>\n 8.3. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting info@hrweek.eu.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 9.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising during the Event, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.<\/p>\n 9.2. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 10.1. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved amicably, and if not possible, submitted to the competent courts.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 11.1. Any complaints related to the Event, registration, or services provided must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the Event ends.<\/p>\n 11.2. Complaints must include the participant\u2019s full name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.<\/p>\n 11.3. Complaints should be sent by email to info@confinn.eu.<\/p>\n 11.4. The Organizer will confirm receipt of the complaint and respond within 14 business days.<\/p>\n 11.5.
